Ravin Crossbows R10 400 FPS Predator Camo Bundle 12 Items

I’m thoroughly confused, this crossbow has very good reviews. However for this $2,900 package i purchased i expect to receive lighted nocks that are easy to turn off. Now the bigger problem is this crossbow will not fire. I can’t push the arrow any further in once the crossbow is cocked, if i can’t shoot it, i can’t use it, therefore i don’t want it. If i can’t get this resolved this week i will be returning the entire package. For $2,900 everything must work the first time out of the box. Very disappointing!
