What’s inside – full contents (approx. 2.15 kg) This Wagyu Grand Quintet includes: 2 × 300 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Ribeye Total: 600 g The star of the show: intensely marbled, incredibly juicy ribeye with that classic “melt-in-your-mouth” Wagyu texture. 2 × 250 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Striploin Total: 500 g Elegant, slightly leaner than ribeye but still with beautiful marbling. Perfect if you like a bit more “steak bite” while keeping all the richness of A5. 1 × 200 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Tenderloin (Fillet) Total: 200 g Super tender and refined in taste. A fine-dining style cut that shows the delicate side of Japanese A5. 300 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Yakiniku Slices Total: 300 g Thinly sliced A5 for hot plates, cast iron, teppanyaki or quick pan searing. Ideal for sharing bites and tasting pure marbling in small portions. 1 × 300 g Australian Wagyu Ribeye Total: 300 g A beautifully marbled ribeye with a rich, beefy flavour and a slightly firmer texture than Japanese A5. Perfect for a side-by-side comparison. 1 × 250 g Australian Wagyu Tenderloin (Fillet) Total: 250 g Extremely tender, smooth and clean in taste. A great “bridge” between classic European fine dining and the world of Wagyu. Total weight: approx. 2.15 kg of Wagyu (around 1.6 kg Japanese Wagyu A5 550 g Australian Wagyu) A tasting journey: Japan vs. Australia This box is not just “a lot of meat”. It is built as a guided tasting experience: Compare Japanese A5 ribeye with Australian Wagyu ribeye – same cut, different origin and feeding style. Taste the difference between ribeye and striploin in Japanese A5 – more marbling and richness in ribeye vs. a slightly more structured bite in striploin. Enjoy the tenderloin from both worlds – Japanese A5 tenderloin with insane tenderness and buttery texture, – and Australian Wagyu tenderloin as a slightly more “classic” but still luxurious fillet. Use the A5 yakiniku slices for sharing – small bites that let everyone at the table taste real A5 without committing to a full steak. If you want to organise a Wagyu evening with friends or family, this box comfortably covers several meals or one big multi-course tasting for a group. Suggested serving ideas You can, of course, cook this box however you like – but here are some ideas: Japanese Wagyu A5 Ribeye & Striploin (steaks) – Cook them hot and fast (cast-iron pan, plancha or very hot grill) to medium-rare / rare. – Slice thinly across the grain and share on a wooden board so everyone can taste. Japanese Wagyu A5 Tenderloin – Perfect for a romantic dinner or a “chef’s course” in the middle of your tasting. – Cook gently to rare/medium-rare and serve with simple sides so the flavour of the meat stays in the spotlight. Japanese Wagyu A5 Yakiniku Slices – Ideal for quick searing, teppanyaki, hot stone, tabletop grill or cast-iron pan. – Just a pinch of salt, maybe a light dipping sauce – each bite will be extremely rich. Australian Wagyu Ribeye & Tenderloin – Fantastic as a comparison set alongside the Japanese A5 steaks. – You can serve them in the same meal so your guests can feel the difference in marbling and flavour profile. With more than 2 kg of Wagyu in total, you can easily spread this across multiple dinners or make one unforgettable Wagyu feast. Storage & cooking tips The Wagyu is shipped chilled in insulated packaging. Once received, you can: keep it in the refrigerator if you plan to cook within a few days, or freeze individual steaks for later (we recommend vacuum packing or keeping the original vacuum packs). Before cooking, let the steaks come to room temperature (20–40 minutes, depending on size). Use high heat, minimal seasoning (just good salt, maybe a touch of pepper after cooking), and let the marbling do the work. Rest the steaks for a few minutes after cooking, then slice and serve. Shipping and packaging Shipped chilled by DHL Air from our EU facility Packed in insulated boxes with coolant to maintain the cold chain during transport Each cut is individually packed for convenience and hygiene Tracking included, so you can follow your order from us to your doorstep We deliver to most EU countries, making this Wagyu Grand Quintet a perfect choice for anyone in Europe who wants to experience top-quality Wagyu at home.
