ONLY use POOLGUARD® thinner when diluting the required volume of POOLGUARD® for application of the 1st (base) coat. The required volume of POOLGUARD® for the 1st layer of product (base coat) has to be diluted by 10%. Please refer to the attached guideline for volume of product required per various typical pool sizes.
