Description Synonym: Clusia fluminensis Clusias are not indoor plants. In order to grow them indoors you have to create the right conditions. Clusias are slow growers, they like full to partial sun, average water and fertilizer. Temperatures below 40° F should be avoided. They are very good potted plants. Flowers normally appear in late spring. When mature, the tree develops a lot of air roots that eventually root in the soil making a beautiful display. Rarely offered plant!
